K.A.J.E. History

K.A.J.E. BASIC BOXING TRAINING is a business based in the DMV area. It is a fairly new company; started in 2000, but the CEO/ founder have been in training since 1995, a basic boxing trainer for about 20 years. His extreme passion for teaching the basic fundamentals of boxing to others, derived from his reason and purpose for even starting the company, which is to teach what was taught to him. He believed in "each one teach one". It provides offense and defensive basic boxing techniques to anyone that has no boxing experience that can be practiced at home , in a gym, or outdoors, and it can also be incorporated with the skills of someone that have experience or knowledge of boxing. K.A.J.E. Basic Boxing is a fundamental training is a simple and less strenuous set of techniques that will help you to develope condence and self defense, while conditioning your mind and body through a strategic combination of multiple punches and movements through timed sessions. Participation is of your own free will , and dedication will reward you in your pursuit towards your destined goal of what you plan to get out of this basic boxing training. Through consistency and repetition you will develope a comfortability that will make training easy to learn the basic boxing fundamentals that K.A.J.E. BASIC BOXING TRAINING offers.

Our Mission

K.A.J.E. BASIC BOXING TRAINING intends to help you build up motivation and desired to condition your mind and body, to get a good sweat. If desired to learn some offense and defense boxing technique for your own personal use, or if you want to incorporate it with your current skills. This basic boxing training will touch bases on all levels of the fundamental basics of boxing. Doing pre warmups, learning the proper boxing stance, hitting the boxing mitts, hitting heavy bag if available in workout location, and other conditioning methods that you will be exposed to and learn once you begin your basic boxing training sessions. We will provide teachings based from our prior knowledge.

About K.A.J.E.

K.A.J.E. is basic boxing trainer,who grow up in the streets of Washington , DC. His up bringing led him down a self destructive path that caused him to take a life changing fall at the age of 17, and this life changing fall cause him to make the necessary modication in life that allowed him to transition from a boy to a man. Over the past 20 years he have became known to his community for his desire and passion for boxing training and respected for his contributions in the community by giving the youth something else to occupy their time doing rather than wasting time in the streets performing self destructive acts . Over the past 15 plus years he has obtained multiple boxing techniques that was passed onto him by some of D.M.V.'S known and unknown boxers and trainers. After gathering all of this knowledge and through the course a self destructive life and losing the desire to pursue a professional boxing career . He decided to incorporate all of his teachings into his own unique and effective methods and pass on to the youth with the hopes that they would utilize the tools and do what he lost the desire to do. Now K.A.J.E. focuses on providing his clients with the basic fundamentals of boxing for a good sweat, conditioning , condence and self defense. Also,to relieve stress and provide another tool to keep their mind occupied, or pursuing a career if they choose to go into a boxing gym to pursue a career in boxing.
